Ben-Gvir, as Israel’s Minister of National Security, implemented policies that led to the systematic killing and physical destruction of Palestinian civilians, authorized torture and inhuman treatment, took decisions to deliberately complicate and destroy the living conditions of civilians, ordered attacks that resulted in civilian casualties, encouraged violations of personal honor and dignity, and carried out blockade policies that condemned civilians to starvation, in violation of his obligations to protect civilians during armed conflict and observe fundamental human rights.
